27 The most frightening/The most frightening

I ask you what you find the most frightening.

You are standing up, spreading your toes, feeling the ground under your feet and you give in a little in your knees.
You activate the muscles in your pelvic floor and abdomen and tilt your pelvis slightly forward.
You envision all the vertebrae from the edge of your skull to your tailbone and in your mind you create space between each bone.
Finding the exact point where your head feels light on the upper cervical vertebrae and feeling that you are plumb.
Lifting your sternum on an inhalation and your shoulder blades slide downwards, palms facing forward as if to show them to me.
You close your eyes and feel the meeting of the soles of your feet and the ground and also the meeting between the top of your head and the world.

A force simultaneously pushes and pulls you, there's a connection with below as well as above, your palms tingle, you sigh, a smile is there, a tear rolls, and you see only two words:

BALANCE: Now it's there, now it's not. It's violence against yourself, others and the world to mess with this mechanism.

LIFE-GIVING POWER: Started everything and starts everything, moves your hand, gives you feelings, makes you work, makes you love.

You reply, that what you find the most frightening is to forget this.
