You are open to sounds, and you see and know nothing, feeling unease and happiness at the same time.

Feel your breath and then leave out the sounds. Turn inward, you are here—right now—right here, where eternity turns outward and eternity turns inward.

You comment, that this is trivial and logical—and merely words.

But what, then, would you call that feeling in the gap between both restlessness and calm, and the gap between both willpower and surrender?

You are moved to tears, and you feel your face melting. Your eyelids come down and cover your eyes, and your lips stretch into an involuntary smile.

So: To wiping away your tears, taking it easy, moving on, getting involved in something, listening again, seeing again, making up your mind.

You feel the weight of your body, and nature is so close; the birds are chirping, you have discovered a bird's nest in the wisteria and take care not to disturb the chicks. You feel even more calm—despite everything that is going on. You are also light; your beloved passes by a short distance away; he does not notice your presence.
